Refund & Commercial Policy

MySafeSpaces provides customized software development, enterprise frontend architecture, and technology engineering services. Because engineering services involve dedicated developer hours, architectural planning, and custom technical implementation, services are governed by written project agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).

Standard software development engagements are structured around clearly defined technical milestones and deliverable acceptance phases.

Advance deposits and initial phase payments cover architectural scoping, technical setup, and initial codebase construction. Payments released upon milestone acceptance signify client approval of the delivered work for that phase.

In the event of project cancellation by mutual written agreement, fees for work already performed, hours committed, or milestone deliverables completed up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable.

Any unearned balance of advance payments allocated to future, unstarted project phases will be reconciled in accordance with the specific termination provisions of the governing contract.

Modifications to project scope, architecture requirements, or third-party integration changes occurring after project kickoff will be documented via written Change Requests, detailing any adjustments to milestones or commercial terms.

In the event of any conflict between this general website policy and a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between MySafeSpaces and a client, the specific terms of the executed agreement shall prevail.
